
This is it team – day 60!!!! 🎉 What an epic journey the HR12WEEK 5.0 has been. It’s been a test of both our physical and mental strength and I am so happy to be celebrating this milestone with you today. It’s our final FULL BODY POWER workout! We are putting that new found strength to the test with two total body circuits packed with strength and explosive power exercises. Then we will literally sprint to the finish line with an intense 3-minute finisher.
