An “after” photo that looks like he dropped 15 pounds of fat and added visible muscle—in less than 24 hours.

Jesse walks you through every step, showing how easily we can be manipulated by photos that appear to show impressive progress. He doesn’t lose any fat. He doesn’t build any new muscle. He simply changes the conditions that create the illusion of improvement.
