I can not stress HOW important I find those 2 muscle groups! The stereotype is “only men pump their chest in the gym… especially on Mondays” but a 15min a week will already make a difference to your cleavage.
+ a very fun twist! I started doing Glute Bridge Holds (1- and 2-Leg) during my gym sessions to train more things in the same time-frame (german efficiency hihi) and I’m not going back!! The core is engaged, more mind-muscle focus, stability is super important & the booty gets some attention. Same time = lots of benefits!

This workout is also HIGHLY suitable for men! Ask your partner, brother or dad to join. “Chest Day” is usually their favorite day!
▸ I used 4kg, which felt heavy over time but fine. If I don’t strive for perfection, I will also use 6kg
▸ Homemade weight: biiiiig water bottles
▸ Heavier: fill your bottles with sand, oats, rice or WET sand. That’s as heavy as you can make them.
