At Westside Barbell, we didn’t train to look pretty. We trained to bench more.

One of our go-to accessories for bigger presses was the rolling dumbbell tricep extension. It’s not strict, it uses momentum, and that’s the point. The goal was to overload the triceps, handle heavier weight, and build serious pressing power.
