Little details matter… even down to the rope attachment you choose for face pulls.
Most gyms have the shorter black rope and then the longer red-and-black rope.
I usually go with the longer one, especially being taller.
That extra length lets me spread my hands out more at the end of the movement and really get a better contraction in the rear delts instead of feeling restricted by a shorter rope.
Sometimes small adjustments like this can completely change how an exercise feels.
