Day 16. Your body is sore. Your mind is tired. Life throws its weight on you and everything feels heavier. Even the things that used to feel effortless now take extra fuel just to get done. Let’s add a simple booster: caffeine (like black coffee). It sharpens your focus, lifts your energy, and builds a strong workout habit.

☕ Morning booster:

• Black coffee (no sugar, no creamer) is my go-to
• Pre-workout when I’m hitting the gym or higher intensity workouts

🍵 Evening tip: If you train late, skip the caffeine. Use non-stim options like:

• Citrulline Malate – Pump, and endurance
• Beta-Alanine – Extra push when intensity is going wild
• Taurine – Focus and recovery

This is where growth happens. Not in comfort, but in the moments you push through anyway.
