The first time I squatted 705 pounds, it scared the hell out of me. My head felt like it was going to explode, my vision was gone, my balance was off, and I genuinely thought, “That’s it. I’m never doing that again.”

In this video, I break down why that moment felt like a dead end, and how it actually became the turning point that led to much bigger lifts.
