Weight is just a tool… how you use it determines the result.
You can move weight and still grow…
but if you don’t control it, you’re putting more stress on your joints than the muscle.
Slow it down.
2–3 seconds on the way down.
Every rep. Every exercise.
More tension on the muscle.
Less wear on the body.
That’s how you grow more and last longer👊
