How many people have you seen get fat from eating fruit????????????????????? Healthier eating can be simplified by substituting better options to the foods you’re currently eating. And natural foods are generally better options than processed foods. So while fruit does have some sugar, it is an ideal replacement to candy. Fruit contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, while candy is densely packed with processed sugar and lacking any other nutritional substance.
