Low impact does not need to mean low intensity! There are a number of reasons why you may choose low impact modifications – your fitness level, if you’re recovering from an injury, you live in an apartment or just personal preference! To make any exercise low impact – simply remove the jumping portion of the movement while still utilizing the rest of your body to create power.
