
🍪 Chia & Raisin Oat Cookies (makes 6)
Ingredients:
1 cup (90g) rolled oats
1 medium banana (120g with skin)
Splash of plant milk
2 tbsp (20g) raisins, soaked & drained
2 tbsp whole chia seeds
2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
How to:
Mash banana + splash of milk
Stir in oats until thick
Mix in raisins, chia, syrup & cinnamon
Shape into 6 cookies on a lined tray
Bake 180C / 350F for 15–20 mins until golden
These are chewy, naturally sweet and nutrient-dense
