I got to train upper body with Jimmy House and we ran through an old-school bodybuilding-style session with heavy dumbbell presses, pull-ups, machine chest work, curls, laterals, and a lot of hard sets close to failure.
Jimmy brings a great mix of bodybuilding, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and real-world athleticism, so we got into how to build muscle that not only looks good, but can actually hold up. We also talked pro wrestling, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Mark Henry, the origins of Super Training, and why the basics still work.
